CPR certificates are valid for 12 months and should be renewed annually. First Aid (HLTAID011) and Childcare First Aid (HLTAID012) certificates are valid for 3 years.

Both! We offer two ways to learn First Aid. Small groups of up to 5 can join our classes held in Avondale Heights. For groups of 8 or more, we come to you - workplace, school, childcare centre, or home - anywhere across Melbourne.

Yes. All our accredited courses are nationally recognised across Australia and accepted by employers, regulatory bodies, and government departments.

We love coming to you! Book a session for 10 or more people, and we'll waive the call-out fee entirely. For groups under 10, a small travel fee applies. Get in touch with your numbers and location, and we’ll sort out the rest.

We issue certificates on the same day as your practical session. You won't need to wait — your certificate is ready before you leave.

You'll need enough floor space for participants to practise CPR, and either a TV with an HDMI connection or a blank wall for our projector.

CPR practical is 60 minutes in-class. First Aid practical is 2 hours. Advanced First Aid is a full day (7 hours). Online theory components are completed at home before the practical session.

Absolutely. We deliver childcare and school first aid training regularly across Melbourne. We work around your operating hours — including early mornings and weekends.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and flat closed-toe shoes. Bring your USI (Unique Student Identifier) number — you can create one free at usi.gov.au if you don't have one.
