Private First Aid Course In The Comfort Of Your Own Home: All you need to host a course is enough space for all participants to practice CPR, a TV with a HDMI point, or a blank wall for us to use our projector for the theory.

What’s It About

Note: this is a knowledge-based workshop, no exam is required, if you need a nationally accredited certification please book our HLTAID001 course.

In day-to-day life, the workplace, the community or at home, you may be confronted by a life-threatening emergency such as someone experiencing Cardiac Arrest. Quick decision making and knowledge on what to do could save someone’s life.

This course provides you with the skills and knowledge to recognise when someone is unconscious and not breathing normally (Cardiac Arrest) and increase their chance of survival by calling an ambulance and performing potentially lifesaving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including using a defibrillator, until emergency services arrive to take over.

We will practice performing CPR on an adult (incl. the use of an AED) we will cover the DRSABCD action plan.
